Nathan Timmel

with Stu McCallister

Not as serious as Plato, but lighter than Socrates. Not as edgy as Clinton, but livelier than Nixon. Not as heavy as GWAR, but deeper than Culture Club. Nathan finds humor in everything from making babies to overcrowded prisons, creating comedy that’s intelligent, fun, and engaging (with a sprinkling of raucousness). A talented storyteller, he builds on real-life anecdotes that draw you in before hitting you with the punch line you didn’t see coming.

A 15-year comedy veteran who has headlined comedy clubs across the country, Nathan has: recorded four comedy CDs (with regular airplay on Sirius/XM), visited the Bob & Tom Show several times, and been overseas to perform for American troops nine times—including stops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

With a set that’s well-crafted, clever, and genuine, Nathan’s act is a mix of high-brow thinkers and accessible straight-ahead jokes. He keeps audiences on their toes, transitioning seamlessly from loving husband and father to gritty analyst of politics and human nature. Nathan’s not afraid of using his own life, from his oddball father to his diva toddler, to get you laughing.

Likeable and open, Nathan will leave you wanting more jokes, and his Twitter handle.

Nathan currently writes for both The Huffington Post and The Good Men Project.

Stu McCallister

Stu McCallister has been performing for audiences for a long time. It started when he was working as a social worker and then transitioned onto the comedy stage. Stu has participated in several comedy fests including Trial By Laughter, Laughing Skull, The World Series of Comedy and the Oddball Comedy Fest and Laughfest where he produces the Dirty Show. Stu recorded his 1st comedy cd in Nov of 2015 and looks forward to its release.
Stu’s act can be described as a mixture of part truth, part delusion and all hilarious.
When not on stage Stu has his own podcast (LMNOPodcast) which can be heard on iTunes or Soundcloud. He has taken up acting and recently had a part in a movie called Drama Class with a release date of Oct 2016. Stu has been trained in improv and is not afraid to say ‘Yes, and…’

Stu has worked with crowds varying from pastor appreciation nights, college shows, Amish folk, and honkytonk bars. Stu looks forward to hitting the next stage and saying something ridiculous.
